Following the team's performance in Finland (see
Race Reports), MB Motorsport are currently
placed second in the 2005 FIA/UEM European Pro Stock Motorcycle
championship. Chris Adams (Crew Chief) said "Whilst we would obviously
like to be leading the championship, we feel that we are still in a very
strong position. We have learnt significant amounts about the new
equipment that we are using this year, and are constantly working on new
settings to obtain the optimum performance. With four championship
meetings still to come, we remain quietly confident".
So, watch out in Sweden!!!
MB Motorsport are delighted with the team's victory at
the first event of the 2005 UEM Pro Stock Motorcycle Championship, held in
Santa Pod, England. Martin Bishop (Team principal and rider) commented
that "This is an excellent result and is a consequence of all the hard work
put in by the entire team, both during the development period throughout the
winter, as well as during the meeting itself. MB Motorsport has also
invested considerably in obtaining the latest hardware and technology, and
in continuing our partnership with Prolong, we should be able to maximise
the performance of this equipment". MB Motorsport would like to thank
